How do I create an SMS account?

Creating a Keed SMS account is easy! Simply visit our website at keedsms.com and click on "Register". Enter your details; first name, last name, email, password and click on Register. Enter the verification sent to your email to finish the process then proceed to login.

How do I create an SMS sender ID?

Once you have a Keed SMS account, look for the 'Sender ID' section after logging in. Click on 'Create new Sender ID' and follow the instructions to submit your desired sender ID for approval.

How much does an SMS cost?

How do I top up to send SMS?

Click on the 'Top Up' button at the bottom left of the page. Select a package and click on 'Purchase'. An invoice will be created automatically. Our sales team will review and engage you on next steps for payments.

How will I know my sender ID has been approved?

You'll receive a notification email from Keed SMS letting you know if your sender ID has been approved. Alternatively, you can go to the 'Sender ID' section to confirm the status of your sender ID.

Does my SMS credit expire?

No, your Keed SMS credit does not expire as long as your account remains active.

Why are my SMS messages not being delivered?

There can be a few reasons why your SMS messages might not be delivered. Here are some common
culprits:

  • Invalid recipient number: Double-check the phone numbers you're sending to for any typos or incorrect formatting.
